About the role
- Prospect new business and clients to expand the commercial portfolio.
- Ensure achievement of the commercial targets established for the Business Unit.
- Build, develop and train the team, ensuring excellence in the execution of activities.
- Monitor performance indicators, proposing corrective actions whenever necessary.
- Analyze internal and external market information to support strategic decisions.
- Act with initiative and focus on increasing revenues, strengthening the company's competitiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial/sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a Technical Diploma in Building Construction.
- Analytical profile with decision-making ability and strategic vision.
- Proactive, strong negotiation skills and results-oriented.
- Own vehicle and availability for travel.
- Experience in team management and people development.
