About the role
- You will work closely with the regional head offices of our retail partners and the field sales team to ensure optimal visibility and presence of our brands.
- You will develop customer-focused sales strategies, plan promotions and range activities, and ensure continuous product availability.
- You will analyze market, customer and competitor data and derive concrete measures to drive sales and business development.
- You will prepare annual reviews and strategic negotiations and support these processes in close coordination with the team.
- You will take on administrative and support tasks, such as maintaining customer data, preparing documentation and assisting with day-to-day operations.
- You will coordinate internal interfaces such as Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to implement projects efficiently.
- You will build long-term relationships with your retail partners and serve as a reliable point of contact for operational and strategic matters.
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, economics or a related field and have gained initial professional experience in Key Account Management or food retail.
- You are familiar with the regional retail environment and understand the relevant structures and processes.
- You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and present complex information clearly and in a structured way.
- You work independently and in a structured manner and bring a high level of initiative and assertiveness.
- You demonstrate professional presence, strong communication skills and the ability to align and engage different stakeholders.
- You are motivated, reliable and enjoy working in a team.
- You have very good command of English; additional language skills are an advantage.
