About the role
- Respond to incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all customer interactions are documented accurately in our systems.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
Requirements
- Postsecondary education with at least 60 approved credits, or an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Availability to work 9:00 a.m. TO 6:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, including weekends.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in call centers or within the healthcare field.
- Good computer and data entry skills.
- Clear, professional, and empathetic communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
