System Administrator

• The Systems Administrator is responsible for the operation and maintenance of server hardware, system software, and the related infrastructure.
• This role ensures the hardware, operating systems, software systems, and Line of Business Applications adhere to organizational values of security and cost-effectiveness while providing value to our customers.
• The Systems Administrator will also work with the Support Technicians to troubleshoot and resolve issues reported to Helpdesk.
• Manage, maintain, upgrade, and patch physical and virtual servers, operating systems, and Line of Business Applications.
• Monitor system performance and resource utilization to proactively avoid performance issues.
• Provide technical support and assistance to Support Desk.
• Follow and enforce server and share access policies.
• Maintain configuration documentation, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage, and maintain On Premise and O365 mail services.
