About the role

  • Own and drive delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives across technology, payments infrastructure, finance, reporting, and regulatory or compliance-related workstreams.
  • Translate strategic objectives into structured delivery plans with clearly defined scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and ownership.
  • Track actions, commitments, and deadlines across internal teams and external partners, ensuring consistent follow-through and delivery momentum.
  • Identify delivery risks, blockers, and interdependencies early, driving resolution and escalating issues where required with clear context and proposed options.
  • Work closely with Business Analysis, Product, Technology, Finance, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure clarity of requirements and alignment between business objectives and delivery execution.
  • Maintain oversight of delivery timelines across workstreams, supporting prioritisation decisions when resources, scope, or timelines conflict.
  • Provide concise, outcome-focused updates to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Introduce and maintain lightweight delivery tools, tracking, and reporting mechanisms to improve visibility, coordination, and accountability.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of delivery foundations and scalable execution practices as the organisation continues to grow.

Requirements

  • Proven senior-level Project Management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives within financial services, payments, fintech, or similarly regulated environments.
  • Strong track record of driving execution across technology, data, operations, and governance-driven projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, manage competing priorities, and maintain execution discipline in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Experience working across both Agile and traditional delivery approaches, applied pragmatically based on context and business needs.
  • Comfortable engaging with technical, financial, and regulatory subject matter at a practical level, even where not the subject-matter expert.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Experience working with distributed or remote teams across multiple time zones.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a natural tendency toward ownership, follow-through, and accountability.
  • Relevant professional Project Management certifications are considered an advantage.
