About the role
- The right candidate is a passionate Sales Consultant who creates a story and sales pitch that inspires excitement, with an outgoing, warm phone presence!
- Sales Consultants negotiate and close contracts with US and Global clientele.
- Professional and persuasive selling
- Become an expert in selling luxury fragrance products and marketing services.
- Closer with a consultative sales approach
- Update CRM system with client information
- Meet daily, weekly, monthly sales quotas.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years inside sales experience
- Luxury lifestyle brand experience preferred.
- Confidence in closing C-Level individuals and high-end clientele
- Looking for sales reps who perform in the top 10%!
- Contract negotiation
- Strong closing experience
- Money motivated and commission focused
- Competitive, outgoing, and high energy!
- Exception phone presence and sales approach
- Results-driven
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent time management skills
- CRM experience, SalesForce preferred but not required
- Ability to work cohesively within a competitive sales team
