About the role

  • Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple systems (Client and TP platforms).
  • Design, prepare, and deliver insightful reports tailored to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all data-related deliverables.
  • Interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for operational teams.
  • Support campaign performance enhancements by reporting key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Actively participate in strategy discussions to drive business and campaign objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
  • Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with the broader WFM and MI teams to align reporting and operational goals.

Requirements

  • Matric equivalent qualification (essential).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Reporting Analyst or in a similar analytical role (essential).
  • Background in the BPO sector (essential).
  • Minimum of 1 year of administration experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience with pivot tables and macros (essential).
  • Familiarity with automated reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Business Objects (preferred).
  • Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused, resourceful, and resilient under pressure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with willingness to take ownership of outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
