About the role

Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple systems (Client and TP platforms).
Design, prepare, and deliver insightful reports tailored to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all data-related deliverables.
Interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for operational teams.
Support campaign performance enhancements by reporting key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Actively participate in strategy discussions to drive business and campaign objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with the broader WFM and MI teams to align reporting and operational goals.

Matric equivalent qualification (essential).
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Reporting Analyst or in a similar analytical role (essential).
Background in the BPO sector (essential).
Minimum of 1 year of administration experience.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience with pivot tables and macros (essential).
Familiarity with automated reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Business Objects (preferred).
Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Customer-focused, resourceful, and resilient under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with willingness to take ownership of outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
