About the role
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple systems (Client and TP platforms).
- Design, prepare, and deliver insightful reports tailored to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all data-related deliverables.
- Interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for operational teams.
- Support campaign performance enhancements by reporting key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Actively participate in strategy discussions to drive business and campaign objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
- Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with the broader WFM and MI teams to align reporting and operational goals.
Requirements
- Matric equivalent qualification (essential).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Reporting Analyst or in a similar analytical role (essential).
- Background in the BPO sector (essential).
- Minimum of 1 year of administration experience.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience with pivot tables and macros (essential).
- Familiarity with automated reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Business Objects (preferred).
- Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Customer-focused, resourceful, and resilient under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with willingness to take ownership of outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
