About the role
- Licensed Insurance Representative responsible for providing support for first notice of loss auto insurance claims\n
- Connect with customers via phone\n
- File/document new/updated claims\n
- Assist customers with follow-ups on previously submitted claims\n
- Assist customers with setting up/scheduling repairs and rentals\n
- Communicate with medical, law, other insurance providers, etc. as needed for customer claims.\n
- Work closely with adjusters, managers and others through claim process.\n
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate\n
- Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes\n
- Provide feedback on call issues
Requirements
- Must possess an active home state Adjuster Insurance License\n
- Must be active and within good standings\n
- Cannot hold any active appointments\n
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment\n
- 6 months Customer service experience preferred\n
- Over 18 years of age\n
- Ability to type 25 wpm\n
- High School Graduate or GED\n
- Comfort with desktop computer system\n
- Proven oral & written communication skills\n
- Logical problem-solving skills\n
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems\n
- Organization and work prioritization skills\n
- Work from Home Requirements: Internet Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 15.0 Mbps Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 5.0 Mbps ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN Proof of internet speed required Clean and quiet workspace
