About the role
- Ensure achievement of sales and profit targets for the Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria regions
- Full responsibility for managing all relevant resellers and dealers in the region
- Negotiate annual terms and special promotions
- Sustainably expand TP-Link's market share
- Work closely with Sales Management and Channel Marketing
- Execute promotional activities, product trainings and qualification programs
- Participate in regional and national trade shows and other customer events
- Responsible for implementing company priorities at the point of sale (POS)
Requirements
- Business/commercial training or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of sales experience, preferably in the IT and consumer electronics sector
- Strong analytical, negotiation and presentation skills
- Confident, reliable and friendly demeanor as a brand ambassador for TP-Link
- High level of self-motivation and results orientation
- Professional communication skills and customer development strategies
- Willingness to travel frequently within Germany and a valid driving license
- Residence in the sales region of Baden-Württemberg or Bavaria
- Good command of English and MS Office
