About the role

  • Ensure achievement of sales and profit targets for the Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria regions
  • Full responsibility for managing all relevant resellers and dealers in the region
  • Negotiate annual terms and special promotions
  • Sustainably expand TP-Link's market share
  • Work closely with Sales Management and Channel Marketing
  • Execute promotional activities, product trainings and qualification programs
  • Participate in regional and national trade shows and other customer events
  • Responsible for implementing company priorities at the point of sale (POS)

Requirements

  • Business/commercial training or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of sales experience, preferably in the IT and consumer electronics sector
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Confident, reliable and friendly demeanor as a brand ambassador for TP-Link
  • High level of self-motivation and results orientation
  • Professional communication skills and customer development strategies
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Germany and a valid driving license
  • Residence in the sales region of Baden-Württemberg or Bavaria
  • Good command of English and MS Office
