About the role

  • Serve as the primary technical resource during the sales process for internal sales team and customers
  • Architect and customize TP-Link solutions to meet ISP network requirements
  • Create and conduct technical presentations and proof-of-concept demonstrations
  • Assist partners and ISPs with implementation and troubleshooting; act as primary project manager for lab and field trials
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay field insights and customer requirements
  • Create and deliver training and enablement sessions to ISP technical teams and partners
  • Begin as a "Player/Coach" and strategically hire Pre-Sales Engineers to accelerate growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
  • 5+ years in a sales engineering or network engineering role, preferably supporting ISPs
  • Strong networking knowledge (Layer 2/3)
  • Experience with broadband and wireless technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to conduct technical presentations and proof-of-concept demonstrations
  • Experience with deployment, troubleshooting, and project management for lab and field trials
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; employer cannot sponsor visas
