💰 $140,000 - $160,000 per year
About the role
- Serve as the primary technical resource during the sales process for internal sales team and customers
- Architect and customize TP-Link solutions to meet ISP network requirements
- Create and conduct technical presentations and proof-of-concept demonstrations
- Assist partners and ISPs with implementation and troubleshooting; act as primary project manager for lab and field trials
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay field insights and customer requirements
- Create and deliver training and enablement sessions to ISP technical teams and partners
- Begin as a "Player/Coach" and strategically hire Pre-Sales Engineers to accelerate growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
- 5+ years in a sales engineering or network engineering role, preferably supporting ISPs
- Strong networking knowledge (Layer 2/3)
- Experience with broadband and wireless technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to conduct technical presentations and proof-of-concept demonstrations
- Experience with deployment, troubleshooting, and project management for lab and field trials
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; employer cannot sponsor visas
