About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support online advertisers by phone, chat, and email, and during scheduled appointments
- Assist with managing advertising campaigns and with questions about invoices, account settings, technical issues, and ad performance
- Handle customer inquiries in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct proactive follow-ups and callbacks to provide tailored, solution-oriented support
- Identify opportunities for additional sales and recommend appropriate products, features, and services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent written and spoken German
- Very good English skills
- Strong service orientation with a friendly and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal competence
- Initial experience in online advertising and/or customer service is an advantage
- Sales affinity and the ability to successfully recommend additional products and services
- High technical affinity
- Confident use of PC applications, the Internet, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting
