Insurance Customer Advisor

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Telephone intake and handling of motor vehicle and property damage claims
- Coordination and management of incoming claims
- Competent, solution-oriented support for our customers
- Handling general administrative tasks
- Documenting customer enquiries in the system
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enjoy assisting customers and interacting with them by phone
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
- Experience in customer service and/or the insurance industry is an advantage but not required
- Confident PC skills and familiarity with common Office applications
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work in a team
