About the role
- Support external debt collection partners in managing collection clients and individual customer files
- Ensure and monitor internal processes and administer relevant tools in collections and receivables management
- Prepare assessments and final settlements, and support vehicle sales up to the initiation of debt enforcement proceedings in accordance with the Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG)
- Prepare and review vehicle sales handled by external service providers, including fee verification
- Process, analyze, and monitor loss/write-off lists in accounts receivable management
Requirements
- Completed commercial training preferred
- Very good Swiss German language skills (French desirable)
- Experience in pre-litigation and litigation collections is an advantage
- Knowledge of financing, credit, or leasing environments desirable
- Interest in the automotive industry
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Analytical and solution-oriented approach to identify root causes of payment delays
