About the role
- Coach and mentor sales agents through call listening, side-by-side sessions, and performance reviews
- Identify skill gaps and deliver targeted coaching to improve sales KPIs
- Support agents with objection handling, upselling, and closing techniques
- Collaborate with QA, team leaders, and operations to drive performance improvements
- Track coaching progress and document action plans
- Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations, scripts, and company standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as a sales representative
- Strong knowledge of telephone sales (outbound/inbound)
- Excellent communication, feedback, and motivational skills
- Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities
- Fluent in German
- NPS and sales targets achieved in the last 3 months
