About the role
- Handle telephone and written customer inquiries for various clients across different industries
- Record and maintain customer master and transaction data
- Provide customer support, including technical and commercial inquiries
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or as a service center agent is advantageous but not required — career changers, entry-level candidates and those re-entering the workforce (m/f/d) are warmly welcome
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Friendly and customer-oriented demeanor
