Key responsibilities & impact

Lead implementation of cybersecurity tools and services.
Provide guidance on best‑practice configurations, and coordinate technical clarifications with partner companies.
Oversee day‑to‑day cybersecurity service delivery across internal teams and external partners, providing hands‑on guidance as needed and proactively escalating risks or issues.
Identify service delivery and operational improvement opportunities. Support and drive implementation of security enhancements.
Lead and coordinate cybersecurity projects end‑to‑end, managing scope, schedules, risks, and cross‑functional dependencies.
Collaborate in the design, development, and launch of new cybersecurity services, with the expectation to grow into a lead role responsible for service rollout, delivery, and scaling.
Support hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts in collaboration with recruiting and sales teams to build and maintain a skilled, motivated cybersecurity delivery team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Minimum 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT leadership, with a proven track record in team leadership, strategic planning, and managing customer expectations.
Hands‑on experience with security engineering, including cybersecurity tool implementation, deployment, operational support, and service delivery across internal teams and partners.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, and continuous improvement methodologies such as PDCA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Organizational, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical and risk topics and influence stakeholders.
