About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals
- Review market analyses to determine customer needs
- Advise reps, dealers, distributors, and clients regarding sales and advertising techniques
- Meet with clients to maintain relationships, negotiate and close deals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 to 7 years sales experience in related channel sales management
- Experience with large national distributors and dealers preferred
- Access control experience preferred
- Intermediate to advanced experience in sales reporting utilizing CRM (such as Salesforce.com)
- Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
