Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires a valid California Property & Casualty insurance license
Minimum of 4 years of insurance sales experience required
Proficiency in Spanish, Cantonese or Mandarin required
High School Graduate
College degree preferred, but not required
Excellent interpersonal skills – must be engaging and personable
Ability to interact with customers
Excellent active listening skills
High-level organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent attention to detail
Expert level of written and verbal communication skills
Proactive and self-motivated
