Requirements

What you’ll need

Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License required
Bilingual (Spanish/English) or multilingual capabilities are a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Minimum 2 years P&C/PL insurance sales experience required
Experience with Agency Management Software and Microsoft Office required
Strong ability to persuade and influence others, overcome objections, close sales
