About the role
- Respond to incoming calls from Toyota customers that are interested in our Personal Lines insurance offerings – prepare or review quotes and explain relevant reasons why we are the optimum choice for their insurance needs.
- Place outbound calls to Toyota customers that are interested in our Personal Lines insurance offerings – review quotes that were previously created by the Toyota customer and explain relevant reasons why we are the optimum choice for their insurance needs.
- Sell Personal Lines insurance products to Toyota customers and achieve/exceed department close ratios for both inbound and outbound leads/sales.
- Conduct thorough policy reviews based on the individual’s needs and appropriate risk management techniques to offer the best options for insurance needs.
- Customize quotes and sell insurance products as requested by the Toyota customer
Requirements
- Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) or multilingual (Plus)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years P&C/PL insurance sales experience required; prior call center experience preferred
- Experience with Agency Management Software and Microsoft Office experience including Outlook, Word, and Excel required
