About the role

  • Handle customer service calls that route to the Call Center
  • Answer billing questions
  • Make policy changes as requested
  • Identify Cross Sell/Service opportunities
  • Offer additional products that add value
  • Handle employee inbound calls regarding sales and service of auto and home insurance
  • Ensure the best customer experience
  • Manage business retention for TIMS HOLD/House accounts
  • Cross sell and find relevant additional products to help offset premium increases
  • Backup sales agent as needed to meet production goals

Requirements

  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • 5 years of insurance sales experience (Preferred)
  • 2 years of insurance sales experience (Required)
  • Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (Required)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) or multilingual
  • Minimum of 1 year insurance customer service experience
  • Previous experience with luxury carriers such as Chubb.
