Key responsibilities & impact

Directly oversees a portfolio of assigned accounts responsible for overall performance in financial management, guest and client satisfaction
Works closely with the Vice President/District Manager to ensure corporate initiatives are incorporated within the operations
Manages payroll, scheduling, and ensures that forecasts, payroll and accounting reports are on time and accurate
Engaged in recruitment and hiring processes to ensure the best people are selected
Ensures guest/patient service experience is delivered consistently on all shifts
Develops working relationships with client’s staff members and maintains communication channels
Takes responsibility for maintaining a high level of client visibility and understanding objectives

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
A minimum of five (5) years of related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources and customer service
Ability to effectively plan, set priorities, and manage several complex projects simultaneously
Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and various technology and point-of-sale applications
