About the role
- Proactively source and secure new commercial business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and direct prospecting
- Identify decision-makers, qualify prospects, and drive deals from initial contact through close
- Recommend winning strategies and tactics to executive leadership, including presentations, meetings, and client visits
- Develop and implement regional and national sales budgets in collaboration with finance and executive leadership
- Establish and manage revenue targets across regional markets
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies designed to achieve or exceed aggressive growth targets
- Represent Towne Park at conferences, trade shows, and local business events to increase brand awareness and create new lead channels
- Build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline within Salesforce
- Partner with the Proposal Development and Finance teams to create compelling, data-driven proposals
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with property owners, asset managers, and developers to generate new opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field OR equivalent experience in commercial sales preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales or business development, with a proven record of closing large, complex deals
- Experience selling to commercial real estate, mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, or transportation sectors
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, deal structures, and contract negotiation
- Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar systems to manage pipelines and reporting
