About the role
- Directly oversees a portfolio of assigned accounts responsible for overall performance in financial management, guest satisfaction, client satisfaction and business development objectives.
- Works closely with the Vice President/District Manager to ensure corporate initiatives and Towne Park cultural perspectives are incorporated within the district’s operations.
- Drives business metrics and performance measurements to ensure effectiveness, high performance and compliance; improves financial performance and profitability; understands contractual agreements to maximize opportunities.
- Manages forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service, turnover; manages payroll, scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and timekeeping; ensures forecasts and accounting reports are timely and accurate.
- Engages in recruitment and hiring; trains, coaches, conducts performance appraisals, develops future leaders, and provides direction to Account Managers.
- Ensures consistent guest/patient service experience across shifts; allocates labor resources and plans for seasonal staffing variances.
- Develops and maintains cohesive working relationships with client staff; maintains regular meeting rhythms and site presence; capitalizes on opportunities to grow Towne Park’s business.
- Attends staff meetings and POP meetings; maintains timely rhythms and transparency with District Manager/Regional Director; enforces compliance to standards for the area.
- Performs duties independently with minimal supervision and makes routine decisions within prescribed guidelines; controls available resources and adheres to budget responsibility.
Requirements
- Must reside in Northern LA Area
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- A minimum of five (5) years of related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources and customer service
- Ability to effectively plan, set priorities, and manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain stability, dependability and professionalism when faced with changing and difficult situations
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and various technology and point-of-sale applications
- Written and verbal communication skills to effectively address all levels within the organization
- Ability to represent the company effectively in a variety of settings with a demonstrated understanding and appreciation for diverse cultures
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business policies, procedures, equipment manuals, training materials, and corporate communications
- Ability to compose professional internal and external business communications including reports, memos, letters, and e-mails
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%
- Physical requirements: frequently sit or stand for extended periods; may run, walk, handle objects, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 25 pounds frequently.
