Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end marketing strategy across all TourAxis brands
  • Ensure alignment between brand, performance, product, and sales activity
  • Own the marketing budget and demonstrate clear ROI across all channels
  • Define and project brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity
  • Own the full-funnel digital acquisition strategy across various channels
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently a CMO, Head of Marketing, or Marketing Director
  • At least 5 years at the senior level
  • Demonstrated commercial impact and growth acceleration
  • Experience in end-to-end marketing strategies across multiple brands
  • Strong knowledge in brand, digital, performance marketing, inbound demand generation, customer advocacy, and long-term customer value creation
