About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, pipeline development, product specification, and closing through distributor partners.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with MRO professionals, facility owners/managers, and plumbing engineers.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations, presentations, and training.
- Monitor competitive trends, pricing strategies, and market activity; maintain expert knowledge of TOTO product lines and policies.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive sales experience in the Commercial Plumbing or MRO industries.
- Proven history of exceeding sales quotas (preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP CRM, or similar CRM platforms (preferred).
- Knowledge of IoT solutions in commercial building management systems (preferred).
