Part-Time IT Support Assistant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support across the organization
- Handle basic ticket management and troubleshooting while maintaining attention to detail
- Communicate clearly with end users of all technical levels
- Motivate to grow a career in IT
- Work part-time approximately 40-45 hours per month
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6 months to 2 years of experience in an IT support or customer service role
- Basic understanding of Windows 10/11 operating systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow documented procedures accurately and consistently
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Basic understanding of IT concepts such as Wi-Fi, encryption, MFA
- Experience with any ticketing or help desk system is a plus
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work
