Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing members, guiding them through onboarding and beyond.
Coordinate scheduling between members and our clinical team, managing complex calendars with ease.
Help members understand their benefits and connect them with digital resources to support their mental health goals.
Maintain meticulous records in our CRM/EHR to ensure the clinical team has the best possible insights for care.
Proactively identify barriers to care (financial concerns, tech issues, insurance hurdles) and resolve them with empathy and speed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in healthcare administration, case management, or high-touch customer success.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingual in English (C1+) and Spanish (Native/Fluent).
Digitally agile - high degree of comfort switching between multiple platforms, browser tabs, and communication tools
Previous experience in the American Health Care Industry is an asset
