About the role

  • Manage large international accounts, handling daily routines, operational alignments, performance monitoring and maintaining critical KPIs (revenue, average ticket value, volume, SLA, returns, weight, billing and lost shipments).
  • Perform commercial and operational analyses, converting data into clear guidance for clients and internal teams, and producing executive materials for weekly and monthly rituals.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between Commercial, Operations, IT, Finance, Risk and CX, ensuring action follow-through, process regularization and well-documented alignments.
  • Support negotiations and strategic projects by preparing scenarios, assessing financial impacts, reviewing contracts, overseeing integrations (API/CTE/tracking) and providing input for area decisions.
  • Maintain a proactive relationship with international clients through clear communication, comprehensive documentation of agreements, structured follow-up and risk anticipation.
  • Act as a commercial reference for the team, assisting with process organization, standardization of communications and resolution of queries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in commercial/sales and knowledge of logistics/e-commerce (desirable)
  • Advanced conversational English (testing will be applied)
