About the role

  • Provide support and assistance to operating companies, partners, and business units in resolving issues related to our software solutions and services.
  • Perform incident and problem management according to the ITIL framework in an international environment.
  • Provide SDK and local engineering support to internal and external software partners.
  • Analyze and resolve critical issues as a troubleshooter in collaboration with the software development team and other stakeholders.
  • Systematically identify root causes using provided analysis data.
  • Support the development team in handling problem cases and improving software quality.
  • Contribute to quality assurance by testing new features, software components, and patches.
  • Share knowledge and communicate beyond traditional support responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Vocational training (e.g., IT systems electronics technician, IT specialist in system integration, or similar).
  • Practical experience in supporting software solutions/applications.
  • Good knowledge of common Microsoft operating systems and applications, common server operating systems, and other OSs (macOS, Linux, etc.).
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong verbal communication, didactic, and self-learning abilities.
  • Service-oriented mindset with entrepreneurial thinking and approach.
