- Spearhead growth across Tosca’s protein supply chain
- Drive revenue growth with strategic protein suppliers
- Develop and execute account strategies
- Build and expand trusted relationships with decision-makers
- Identify, secure, and close high-value opportunities
- Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and exceptional service
- Expand Tosca’s footprint into emerging protein categories
- Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
- 5+ years in the protein supply chain, packaging, protein manufacturing, or retail sales
- Deep knowledge of protein industry dynamics
- Proven B2B sales track record
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to design and execute effective go-to-market plans
- Skilled relationship builder with the ability to earn trust and influence key stakeholders in supply chain, operations, packaging, and sustainability
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with willingness and ability to travel 50–60%, including overnight stays
