- Drive growth in Tosca’s produce segment
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
- Manage relationships with key retail customers
- Achieve revenue and profit goals
- Develop and execute customer engagement plans
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and reporting in Salesforce
- Support account retention and project execution
- Analyze trends to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with logistics, product development, and marketing teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within packaging, food, or supply chain industries
- Proven success identifying customer solutions, negotiating, and closing new business
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Up to 50% Travel
