  • Drive growth in Tosca’s produce segment
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
  • Manage relationships with key retail customers
  • Achieve revenue and profit goals
  • Develop and execute customer engagement plans
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and reporting in Salesforce
  • Support account retention and project execution
  • Analyze trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with logistics, product development, and marketing teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within packaging, food, or supply chain industries
  • Proven success identifying customer solutions, negotiating, and closing new business
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
