Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Senior commercial leadership (VP/Director level) with deep healthtech/healthcare IT sales experience and a track record of scaling into new markets
  • You've helped grow revenue past £5M, and delivered 2–3x growth over 3–5 years, with clear attribution to your work.
  • You've scaled commercial organisations, not just managed them: hiring and developing teams from under 10 to 50+, implementing forecasting and pipeline discipline, and evolving GTM playbooks, compensation structures and sales methodology as the company grew.
  • You bring P&L ownership experience and strong relationships with clinical leadership across UK/EU health systems (NHS experience is essential).
  • We also value a strong “digital tech” background — for example, time at enterprise software organisations (e.g., Epic, Oracle, Microsoft, Solventum) — combined with experience in startups and the ability to grow from small to scale.
