We are growing our fully remote Engineering team and looking for an entrepreneurial, product-minded Software Engineer to join our team.
The right person will be driven, curious, and have a builder's mentality.

This person will also be mentored by a team of exceptionally experienced engineers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Familiarity with both Ruby on Rails and React
Experience working in a remote-first environment
3+ years of experience building and shipping web-based software products
Ability and desire to build fast and ship features on a daily / weekly basis
Strong communication skills
Ability to take direction and feedback from senior team members
Strong desire to learn about the trucking industry, meet with customers, learn about their businesses and workflows
Empathy for users and teammates
Located in the United States
