About the role

  • Architecting, implementing, and continually optimizing short- and long-term contract strategies, including sophisticated pricing models.
  • Serving as the central nexus between legal, finance, sales, and marketing teams to ensure flawless strategic alignment.
  • Proactively identifying and developing robust avenues for sustained, exponential growth into existing client spaces and successfully capturing new client opportunities within the defense and federal sector.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of demonstrable, progressive experience in contracts, government sourcing, or commercial management within the defense or highly regulated industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a closely related field; a Master’s degree or Juris Doctor (JD) is strongly preferred.
  • Possessing deep, commanding knowledge of FAR/DFAR (government) or equivalent procurement regulations in other regulated industries, with a proven history of navigating complex contractual environments.
  • Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication skills necessary to manage high-stakes defense contracts and articulate complex strategies across all organizational levels.
