About the role

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective Torch customers
  • Conduct 90+ outbound cold calls per day to generate opportunities at the top of the funnel, then transition to 50+ once you are a fully ramped AE
  • Qualify accounts and build pipeline across dental practices
  • Shadow closing calls and gradually take on your own full demos as soon as your fourth month
  • Utilize Salesforce and Dialpad to track sales activity and customer information
  • Receive coaching and development sessions from Sales Managers and the Sales Enablement team
  • Work toward promotion to AE role with full closing ownership, SDR and Marketing support

Requirements

  • For recent graduates, demonstrated university involvement through sales-focused internships, leadership in student organizations, or participation in collegiate athletics
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume outbound activity and qualify pipeline
  • Interest in building a full-cycle sales career
  • Highly coachable, competitive, and curious with a strong internal drive
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and motivated by ownership
