About the role
- You will be working directly with Toptal’s clients to understand their needs, custom-match them with talent from our network, and provide support during the matching process.
- Work with clients to understand their needs, custom-match them with experts from different specialties within our talent network (Marketing Experts, Product Manager, Project Manager, among others), and provide support during the matching process, throughout the engagement, and beyond.
- Manage client expectations effectively.
- Write professional, engaging, and accurate job descriptions to attract the best talent for the job.
- Find the right talent to meet client goals.
- Introduce the talent to the client in a way that showcases the talent’s experience, skills, and relevance to the client’s business needs.
- Manage the matching process end-to-end to ensure a positive experience for both the client and talent, including confirming that talent meets both skills and experience criteria along with the commitment and timezone constraints.
- Getting clients’ feedback to increase the likelihood of success.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to effectively take advantage of opportunities, remove friction in the process, and deal with engagement issues when they arise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Full-time availability during US CST, MST, or PST working hours.
- 3+ years in product and/or project management, with knowledge of both. Proficient in Agile methodologies.
- Solid understanding of Product and Project lifecycles and roles.
- Strong understanding of web/mobile apps, cloud technologies, and AI.
- Familiar with roles in application development: Designer, Developer (Front/Back End, Full Stack, DevOps, QA), Project Manager/Scrum Master, Product Manager/Owner, Digital Marketing.
- 3+ years in Digital Marketing strategy and/or campaign execution (Preferred experience at a Marketing/Digital agency).
- Solid understanding of, and expertise in, at least 3 of the following: SEO, Paid Advertising, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Analytics, Tools + Automation.
- Strong understanding of product/business problems and industry-standard solutions.
- Excellent communication, relationship development, and emotional intelligence skills to manage client relationships, excelling at active listening, negotiation, and closing.
- Strong adaptability to learn and execute in new areas of expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and internal teams.
