About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Entering new hires in Workday and ADP Lyric.
Processing or verifying employee lifecycle changes in Workday.
Managing compensation updates and verifying union assignments.
Auditing benefits across ADP and multiple vendors.
Extracting and validating employee elections via Benefits Data Management.
Pulling and analyzing census reports to reconcile Workday vs ADP data.
Daily review of HR inbound interface files.
Ticket review and employee issues management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prefer Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR or employee services roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
