About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Entering new hires in Workday and ADP Lyric.
  • Processing or verifying employee lifecycle changes in Workday.
  • Managing compensation updates and verifying union assignments.
  • Auditing benefits across ADP and multiple vendors.
  • Extracting and validating employee elections via Benefits Data Management.
  • Pulling and analyzing census reports to reconcile Workday vs ADP data.
  • Daily review of HR inbound interface files.
  • Ticket review and employee issues management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Prefer Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR or employee services roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
