About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Entering new hires in Workday and ADP Lyric.
- Processing or verifying employee lifecycle changes in Workday.
- Managing compensation updates and verifying union assignments.
- Auditing benefits across ADP and multiple vendors.
- Extracting and validating employee elections via Benefits Data Management.
- Pulling and analyzing census reports to reconcile Workday vs ADP data.
- Daily review of HR inbound interface files.
- Ticket review and employee issues management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prefer Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR or employee services roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
