Key responsibilities & impact

Assist projects in any of our supply chain pillars “Order Management / Demand Planning / Capacity Planning / Materials Management / Supply Management “
Support supplier communication, including collecting information, scheduling meetings and following up on action items.
Perform data matching and reconciliation between internal systems, including, but not limited to, purchase orders, and invoices.
Maintain document accuracy and organization in shared document databases.
Help prepare reports and presentations using Excel and/or PowerPoint.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a college degree, preferably related to Supply Chain
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional roles with support
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, adept at working with data
Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and take initiative
