About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide N1 and N2 level support for chatbots
- Monitor and manage the volume of tickets submitted by users via ServiceNow
- Perform minor adjustments on the chat platform (e.g., text corrections, formatting, small changes)
- Support operations across Latin American countries
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent Spanish (required)
- Experience supporting digital platforms (e.g., CRM, e-commerce, etc.)
- Knowledge of tools such as Salesforce is a plus
- Experience with chatbots is a plus
