About the role
- Lead implementations and enhancements of SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Conduct requirements gathering and workshops with business stakeholders
- Design functional solutions aligned with SAP best practices
- Configure, test, and validate end-to-end scenarios
- Support go-live, hypercare, and ongoing maintenance of environments
- Serve as a technical reference for the team and clients
- Contribute templates, documentation, and reusable solutions
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
- Proven track record in implementation or roll-out projects (end-to-end)
- Proficiency in at least 2 SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning)
- Experience in designing HR processes and adhering to SAP best practices
- Ability to facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders
- English for technical reading and participation in meetings
- Availability to work 100% remotely as a contractor (PJ)
- Official SAP SuccessFactors certifications are a plus
