About the role

  • Lead solutions that directly impact our clients' operations and experience
  • Design and develop solutions on Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
  • Implement Apex, Triggers, LWC, Flows and integrations
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Ensure code quality, testing and performance
  • Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting code reviews and mentoring
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and architectural decisions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and Salesforce standards

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Salesforce Developer (senior level)
  • Proficient in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, LWC/Lightning Components
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in complex projects
  • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware or similar)
  • Knowledge of best practices, unit testing and version control (Git)
  • Ability to work autonomously, collaboratively and with a results-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in Portuguese and available to work under CLT (Brazilian employment contract), remote
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, etc.) — a plus
