About the role

  • Work in Application Management Services (AMS)

Requirements

  • Experience working in AMS, with advanced to fluent English
  • 2–3 years of experience in SAP FI/CO, AMS support, incident resolution, problem analysis and continuous improvement
  • Strong knowledge of core FI processes (AP, AR, GL, AA, Financial Close) and CO processes (CCA, CEC, Internal Orders, PA/PCA, allocations, cost centers and profit centers), as well as integration with related modules (MM, SD, PP)
  • Ability to perform corrections, adjustments and configurations in the FI and CO modules
  • Experience supporting end users, analyzing tickets/cases and preparing technical/functional documentation
  • Advanced to fluent English for interaction with global teams, meetings and documentation
  • S/4HANA experience is desirable
