About the role
- Data analysis and reporting on sales force effectiveness.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in relevant areas is a plus.
- Experience in sales analysis, sales force effectiveness, or related areas, with proven experience leading projects.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in IQVIA data analysis, statistical modeling, and generating strategic insights.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams and interact with senior management.
- Advanced English.
