About the role
- Provide application specific technical support related to the Toptracer technology at the venues.
- Act as an escalation point for technical issues impacting our venue operations.
- Set and pursue aggressive goals for multiple project initiatives simultaneously to provide ongoing system improvements.
- Document solutions for knowledge base and provide ongoing training to junior level playmakers.
Requirements
- 5+ - Technical Support or equivalent support environment
- 5+ - Progressive experience in the IT field
- 3+ - Previous experience with Dell Wyse Management Suite, VMware Horizon and VDI
- 3+ - Basic knowledge of networking troubleshooting
- 3+ - Previous experience with Observe or equivalent monitoring tools
