Vice President of Product

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join a rapidly growing national firm at a formative stage
- Make a visible, measurable impact on a rapidly growing business
- Own product execution through a team of Technical Product Managers
- Report to senior leadership and work closely with engineering org
- Architect systems from the ground up
- Drive the build of a custom AI-enabled CRM
- Oversee the development of a client-facing portal
- Manage the migration away from Salesforce and Filevine
- Ensure initiatives have a clear definition of done and a path to adoption
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a product leadership role managing other PMs
- Proven track record shipping AI-powered or AI-integrated products
- Strong product intuition and eye for UX
- Experience driving large-scale platform migrations or greenfield builds
- Able to move fast and make decisions without perfect data
- No-ego, team-first leader who makes the people around them better
- Bias toward building, not just planning
