About the role
- Building and leading a lean, high-quality People Operations function that supports employees, managers, and leadership as the firm scales
- Owning core HR operations including employee relations, manager support, compliance, HRIS administration, benefits, compensation administration, and people process execution
- Partnering closely with the Chief People Officer and leaders across the business to translate culture, values, and business needs into practical people systems, policies, and employee experiences
- Ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle through clear processes, strong follow-through, sound judgment, and a high-touch concierge-level experience
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, or outcomes
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR / People Operations experience, including significant ownership in a fast-paced or scaling environment
- Experience leading or owning core HR functions including employee relations, manager coaching, compliance, policy, performance support, and people operations
- Demonstrated ability to build systems, processes, and infrastructure from scratch or in underbuilt environments
- Strong judgment and comfort operating in a high-growth, high-change, and at times high-risk environment
- Mindset that is pro-business and pro-people, simultaneously
- Experience balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and administrative ownership
- Strong communication skills—written and verbal
- Ability to think critically, prioritize effectively, and execute with speed
