About the role
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning experiences in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
- Apply adult learning principles to design practical, engaging, and outcomes-driven learning experiences
- Research, gather, organize, and translate content into effective learning assets using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate RISE 360, Canva
- Establish measurable learning objectives and success criteria for every deliverable
- Incorporate knowledge checks and assessments to evaluate learner comprehension and effectiveness
- Deliver clear, concise written and verbal communication to stakeholders, SMEs, learners, and leaders
- Proactively communicate project status, risks, and timelines to stakeholders and the Learning Solutions team
- Own learning projects end-to-end, from intake through revisions, delivery, and ongoing maintenance
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Establish and maintain processes for document accuracy and secure distribution of learning assets
- Maintain high standards of accessibility, accuracy, clarity, and visual quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, E-Learning Technology, Education, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of corporate instructional design experience, preferably within legal, medical, financial services, or other highly regulated industries
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
- Exceptional organizational, editing, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to simplify complex or ambiguous requests into clear, compliant learning solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate progress effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and resolve them quickly
- Proven reliability and availability to work remotely for a standard 40-hour workweek
- Availability between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM in Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zones
