About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Crafting Advertising Plans: Design advertising strategies that align with each partner's vision and objectives.
- Negotiating Cashback Deals: Work with our partners to ensure we’re offering best-in-market cashback savings for our members.
- Performance Analysis: Utilise data to continuously assess and enhance brand performance.
- Campaign Coordination – Oversee end-to-end management of campaigns, including booking, setup, performance monitoring, and site placement optimisation to maximise ROI.
- Case Study Creation: Develop compelling case studies to highlight campaign successes and lessons learned.
- Representation: Act as an ambassador for the Partnerships Team at meetings and industry events.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relationship Builder: You enjoy speaking to people and will thrive in maintaining strong relationships with clients through video calls, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Clear Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effectively conveying information to clients and colleagues.
- Time Management Skills: Ability to manage your own workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently after training.
- Continuous Learner: Commitment to staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Basic knowledge is beneficial; full training will be provided.
- **No prior knowledge of affiliate marketing is required, although it is advantageous.
- Please note - the job will sometimes require attendance at networking events outside of traditional working hours (past 5pm).
