About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the Branch Manager in managing the P&L and the entire operation.
Manage human resources, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, scheduling and collections.
Assist Operations teams to deliver results through low costs and high efficiency.
Manage Processes/Compliance: Operations, Finance, Credit & Collections, HR, Health & Safety, Procurement and Sales & Marketing.
Achieve operational goals/metrics.
Provide on the job training through self or others.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 18 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (prefer construction/installation/trades).
Full P&L experience.
Bi-lingual- English/Spanish (preferred).
